Job Title : Senior Sales and Marketing Executives (2) Seniority Level : Senior Level
Type : Full Time Job Location : Nairobi & Thika, Kenya
Salary Range : KES 100K – 200K Gross
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting growth of business by bringing in sales for the type of products that we are dealing with
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Answering client queries about product speciﬁcations and uses.
- Onboarding new clients and maintaining client relationships.
- Preparing and monitoring sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
| QUALIFICATION & SKILLS |
1. Bachelor’s Degree (essential) – Bachelors or master’s degree in marketing, business, or related ﬁeld.
2. 3-7 years of Sales and marketing experience in Secure Print and Packaging Industry
3. Excellent communications skills.
4.The ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding time frames
5. Strong command of both Public and Private Tendering (RFQs, RFPs etc.) Process
6. Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
